Previous tenant I wish I could taste a 0
April 17, 2019I also rented from these same people and was never pleasedwith the maintenance work or the maintenance man. I discussed the situations with the landlord And never had Anything addressed except the lies and laziness of his workers. I would never recommend this rental to anyone not even someone I disliked. Poorly maintained apartments.
May 13, 2018These apartments have terrible floor squeaks, old drafty doors and windows that freeze over in the winter and can literally make you sick. Filthy HVAC systems with furnace filters that rarely get replaced. The balconies are not properly flashed so water will leak into apartments below top floor (guaranteed to cause unseen rot and mold to openings) these apartments are very poorly looked after by the owner who basically says yeah okay then takes your rent check and never solves any problems.Review from Apartments.com
