I love my home
July 15, 2019My familia and myself is so happy the pool and the gym is finally open after so many years now. The party to open everything was amazing and I love the time spent with the office staff. The managers micheal is so nice and his team Antonio. Ghina is so nice she help me renewing my lease. Maintenances is very nice and always help me change ac filter. Good job everyone and we are so happy. Only thing I no happy is holes on the floor when I drive in. Can someone fix that now?Property Manager Responded

Great Place to live
May 20, 2019I have lived here about 1/2 year and I am extremely pleased with all aspects of Hidden Harbor. The mgmt. team is fantastic. Michael and Anthony are very responsive to all the needs of the residents. Everytime a problem arises either with my apt or the property they are right on top of it. They are friendly and eager to help. The property is kept in beautiful condition.. The office team also goes above and beyond as well to all our needs.Thank you Jason and Celica..for all you do. The main. ...staff and Mike the supervisor.are very talented technicians. They strive to get the job done right the 1st time,, they are all friendly and always leave the apt as clean as they found it. I have owned and rented prior to living here, but I must say moving here was a great decision. The apartments are beautiful with beautiful views.. Gorgeous upgrades and convenient!
May 8, 2019I loved it since the moment I seen my apartment! Micheal the manager spoke to me over the phone assured me I would love it. I toured the property and loved everything from the new fitness center the pool the office and the the attitude from his team. It's been almost 4 months and I'm happy as ever. Price are a bit steep but it is worth it. Only thing now is waiting for the gym to open and the pool for the summer! Thank you Michael for everything! I also had Daniel come in my apartment to fix my ...air conditioning and let me say this, he took his time he was very polite and kept me updated through everything!Property Manager Responded

I lived at Hidden Harbour, #363, for over 5 Years
September 10, 2018I would still be living there if not for the need to live closer to family up North. I moved-in April 2013 and moved-out July 2018. Ownership/Management company changed a while ago and, oh my goodness, it went from being a good place to live, to a really nice place to live. First, I loved the apt layout of the Islamorada 2/2 with a full size laundry room that held everything like a mini-garage would in a house. It was cozy, lovely water views from every window ...(corner unit on the second floor). From the kitchen, while I cooked and washed my dishes, I could see the water view. To ME That Is Luxury. Both rooms had nice spacious walk-in closets and nice sized bathrooms. I cannot say enough about the Management, especially Anthony, Michael (Prop Mgr) and Jason. All I had to do was mention at the office that something was broken and the maintenance guys (3 of them!) were LITERALLY already inside my Kitchen working on it when I had returned home from the office when I mentioned the problem. Who could ask for better than that?!! Nobody. I felt safe walking the community at night with the brightly lit parking lots and plenty of parking for residents and friends. Don't complain about the prices - you get what you pay for - they give you quality home with all the amenities you could ask for and RESPONSIVE to maintenance requests, they're constantly cleaning to beautify the community. That's important to me. The water views and landscaping are carefully maintained and beautiful to look at. If you want to pay less you'll have to go to a less desirable - poorly maintained - scary neighborhood where you won't feel safe or be taken care of the way these guys do. I wish Hidden Harbour, Anthony, Michael and Jason (Management) the best of luck and thank you for 5 years when I called Hidden Harbour my sanctuary, my Home. Horrible Management
July 2, 2018I have lived in this community for 5 years, always paid on time, never had any issues with office staff or maintenance until recently. It takes forever for someone to respond back and when someone responses back I dont get a call back. Residents are not being care for. This new management that took over cares about their returns with resident and not have a long term residents. I will not be renewing this year as most of my neighbors are looking for another place to live. Beware of the specials ...they are giving, my friends moved in a few months ago and have been dealing with on going issues till this day! I wish we could turn back the time and not renew my lease if I knew this was going to happen. We need the old management team back.Property Manager Responded

The only way to get help here is if I leave reviews! This place is so bad.
March 1, 2018I am a current tenant at Hidden Harbour apartments which was recently acquired by Ortsac Properties. I recently left a bad review because several months ago my A/C went out. The men they came in to fix it left a mess and took over a week. They replaced our old A/C unit with another unit that literally says that it was first installed in 2013. Our A/C worked great after that for awhile and they even gave us the days off of rent while our A/C was out. I modified my review and let others know that ...they fixed the situation... it’s very sad but it’s happened again. Our A/C has gone off multiple times over the last month, freezing over, while our temperature in our home goes up to 80 degrees. The first time I noticed this I called the emergency line because it was after hours. The after hours emergency line connected me to a call center!!! This was totally unbelievable! A call center for an emergency line. So I spoke with someone there and she was very nice and let me know she would let the community know. At the end of the conversation she asks ‘you’re at the one in Ocala?’ ... by this point I was fuming but I didn’t take it out on her as it wasn’t her fault. I told her that we were at Hidden Harbour in Tamarac and she said she would relay the message. I did not hear anything back that night, or the next day, or the next day. The first call was on a Saturday and we didn’t hear anything back until Tuesday. That Tuesday someone came in and said our A/C was fixed. It worked for a couple days and then went off again at which point we emailed the property manager. He got back with us immediately and said he would send someone over. I never saw anyone. Thankfully the temperature wasn’t that bad. This was one week ago and our A/C has been off and on with the temperatures continually going up. Today it reach 80 degrees in our apartment ! I called the main office three times and left three voicemails as no one answered. This was before they closed so I drove over to the office and spoke with Jason who said he would send someone over right away. It’s been nearly two hours and we haven’t seen anyone and our A/C as you can see is 80 Degrees. Ortsac management has been HORRIBLE. I’d also like to add that a few days ago while I was watching a movie with my wife and two friends we saw two men on a lift from our balcony right outside of our balcony at 9 O’clock at night! I have pictures to prove it.Property Manager Responded

RUN!!
November 25, 2017It is a quite complex which is a plus but the management of the complex is awful! In the time that I have lived here they have screwed up my bill on multiple occasions. They never answer the phone and good luck catching them at the office. It seems that business hours mean nothing. On more than one occasion of having to have them fix my bill I would go up to the office and they decided to leave early for the day! It is very frustrating dealing with them. The apartment overall is not bad but for ...what the rent payment is you would expect more. I honestly think you can do better. I have no plans to renew with this place!!Property Manager Responded

Awful experience
November 21, 2017I have lived here for over a year. We loved living here for the first eleven months, the staff was great. The maintenance was great. We did have a few issues on occasion with bugs that were out of control outside and on our balcony, as well as some periodic issues with our sink. Every time we let the office know there was an issue, someone would come right away and take care of it. Five weeks ago we began to develop a leak in our apartments AC unit. We voiced our complaint multiple times to ...several people without anything being done.The five weeks go by and finally we get ahold of someone who made something happen. He called someone to come in and see our issue. The gentlemen came into our apartment, was there for five minutes and then left. We left to get food and an hour later our AC was completely not working. (I would have preferred the leak). About a month ago we had a piece of paper on our door when we got home from work that basically stated Hidden Harbour had been bought by a new management company. This new company has known now about our AC not working for three days. Twice I have spoken with someone who said "It will be fixed tomorrow morning'. Today I got home from work and my house is 86 degrees and two men were working on the AC. I saw immediately that they replaced the thermostat which had nothing to do with the issue but in their replacing of it, they somehow rubbed mud on the wall. A few minutes after I got home, the gentlemen tells me that in 30 minutes he can bring something for our bedroom so it is cooler but then he said that he is coming back tomorrow morning because he has to 'replace the machine'.... This is the third time we have heard this because their guy broke something as it worked perfectly fine before he touched anything. The new management company, unless they make this right in a big way will be hated by me for life. This is absolutely awful.Property Manager Responded
