    This apartment is okay. With everything that is not up to par they are charging an arm and a leg for bare minimum. The garage doors STAY broke, carpet in hallways needs to be replaced, the balconies on some units are rusting at the base of the rails, loud And noisy dogs all day and night, the hanging lights outside are broken and when you call courtesy officers for noise complaint they never seem to handle the situation. I would NOT renew my lease if these issues are not fixed

    I like it here I think the carpet in my hall should be replaced the lights in the court yard are broken. But other than that it’s cool. I think I could renew my lease and extend it. I love the pool in the summer months as well

    I just moved in about a week ago and I’ve had a great experience here so far. The only thing that has been a little frustrating is getting someone to respond with questions, but I understand they have a lot of tenants

    Walls are thin. I can hear noise from the hall and next door. There’s even dogs that live 4 doors down that I can hear at any time of day or night. Very annoying. I know neighbor noises are normal, but these dogs are loud and yappy. Amenities are great, though! Not my favorite neighborhood in Houston. I don’t walk around anywhere at night in this city but I definitely don’t walk around this area. Kinda sucks that rent is going up when the crime is as well as more late night bars and lounges being ...
    built. It makes the area VERY loud at 3am as well as late night traffic coming home from work. Staff and maintenance have always been great, pleasant and very good communicators. The unit itself is very nice. Lots of cabinet space in the kitchen and bathroom. Full size washer/ dryer in unit is always a plus. Good flooring. A modern feel and aesthetic.

    Location and space is great. Rent is a good price but could be lower. Amenities are kinda mid. Package lockers are located in the most inconvenient place and I never get packages on time because most of the time deliveries need access to the office to get to the lockers. Security features like the garage gate and outside door key fob locks are always broken.

    I hate that you can’t really see the parking lines. People park crazy and don’t care about others. I don’t really like how thin the walls are. So if people are loud you can hear their conversations outside in the hallway. Also there is also a lot of trash in the parking garages a lot of the time or in the hallways.

    This property is awesome! My move in was a breeze and the staff made sure to be attentive to my needs; it truly felt heartwarming. So far so good. I love my apartment, I love the community. People I meet in the hallways are always nice and smiling.
