Mold and bad behaving owner

Owner has been aware of long existing mold issue. It is covered up in an attempt to hide it and not remediate it. This is evidenced by the rotting wood under the kitchen sink, smell of mildew and multiple mold test kits showing multiple strains and labatory results. The owner manages the property and is prone to micro manage and obswrve your business. Owner also will not honor 24 notice before entering. In one case, she opened my garage door to determine if I was hime. Confident I was she atill ...
used her pass key despite my being there and not answering my door. I had company and I was not dressed. So a pretty decent reason to not engage with an unexpected knock (pound) at the door. Yet she has it in her mind that she may do anything as she owns your home. It was a nightmare from day one. To her credit, however, she agreed to let me out of the lease once I filed the mold issue with the county. I liked her in the beginning but she is a handful and does not practice an ethical business culture. To say the least.
