480 sq feet in an old building
August 13, 2015This building has 8 units and is very old. The outside edge of the room is falling off in places and the driveway back to the garages needs to be repaved badly. The Management is very tight fisted about repairs, calling back and generally does not care about the tenants. They have refused to give back security deposits, hang up on tenants, and lose rent checks. There isn't really a view, unless you count looking at another apt building. The appliances and carpets are old, and for what they ...charge, go live in Redondo.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
