I only just moved into this place, but I have been in the neighborhood of Manhattan Valley for a few years now, and love it! There is so much near by, including great restaurants/cafes, and a laundromat right downstairs. Everything is very well maintained, and our actual apartment unit was just recently redone. We were given all new kitchen appliances that are all still under warranty. The landlord is a very kind woman, who is willing to answer any questions, and there is a live-in super, which ...
