working camera's. Queens in general has terrible rental properties but this is really bad. If your looking to waste money and added stress, do not rent here! Only people gaining from this are rent stable tenants who have been living here for years.

building. There was a huge hole in the ceiling and the floor of the lobby that wasn't fixed for over a month, they just put traffic cones around the hole and covered it with a bedsheet. The super is never available and is nasty when asked to do something. Our doorknob has been replaced multiple times and continues to fall off. The front stoop has a serious fly problem. They keep the christmas lights up year round. You do not control the temperature in your unit and they sometimes have the heat blasting on warm days, and even in the winter they would put it way too high. It wasn't uncommon to need to put on our a/c in the winter. Lastly, many of the tenants of the building are a bit...insane. There is one woman who everyone knows and tries to avoid. The management company, A&E Real Estate, is very unresponsive and does not answer calls until you leave at least 5 messages for them.
