July 6, 2023We signed a lease here in July 2022 for two years right after finding out the building had been purchased by RCR This building had a troubled history and the rental agent assured us that things would improve under RCR. Proving not to be true. In under one year, we’ve had two apartment fires in apartments undergoing renovations, our hallway corridors have been primed for four months but not painted, our apartment door is painted halfway down ( going on four months)our apartment number is on a ...yellow sticky note, the passenger elevator has been broken down for a month ( we’re on the 15th floor) with no repair date disclosed. We’re paying market rate Look elsewhere and don’t rent from an RCR managed building, especially at 98 Riverside Drive.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
