and you need to remove all your bedding etc. The guest parking is a joke, there are 6 spots and they are closed for about half the year because they pile the snow in those spots rather than removing it and it takes ages to melt. When there is snow, they will come banging on your door to move your car so they can plow the parking lot, so you need to go find a street spot in the middle of a snow storm. The elevator is the slowest one I have ever seen, not that big of a deal, but it will surprise you how annoying that can be. There are almost always a couple broken washers or dryers that will eat your money. Most of the residents are friendly, there are some weirdos, I had some drug dealers down the hall. One time during my stay the building was broken into and there was blood and broken glass everywhere that took them a day to clean up. I left my apartment in better condition than I arrived and still didn’t get my full deposit back, just hoping to let people know what they are getting with both 99 Prospect and 140 Grove.
