    My time overall at Amli Lofts has exceeded my expectations. I moved here from across the country and they were very accommodating to that. Since I have been here I have not had many issues. One time I had an issue with my sink, I put in a maintenance request and the issue was resolved within a hour. I was impressed lol.

    The living experience at AMLI is one of the best that Printer's Row has to offer. You simply can't beat the amenities, the hospitality of its staff, and the community itself. Its a convenient walk away from anything you could want or need, and the living space is so comfortable. We're so excited to start a life here at AMLI!

    Great place to live. Pricing is better than most similar luxury apartments around the area. Pool, courtyard, and gym are a big plus. All modern appliances and the biggest plus by far is the balcony. Good mix of young professionals and families. Biggest drawback is only two elevators, which can often be only one on the weekends if someone is moving into/out of their apartment.

    For my first apartment in Chicago, this may be the most luxurious place I will ever have in Chicago. The kitchen is gorgeous with a healthy amount of space to cook in, my room is really spacious and has the best walk-in closet. My bathroom has so many storage options that I have no issue with overcrowding my apartment. The amenities like the offices, our own gym, and the terrace are something that I am really looking forward to using throughout the year!

    When I decided to downsize and sell my townhome (lived 2007-2018) and move back to the south loop area, my goal was to find a rental community, thus eliminating having to interact will homeowners who lacked an understanding of communal living and homeowner responsibility. It was important to me to be close in proximity to restaurants, the lake, parks, etc. And, I needed an affordable option for my second vehicle. I found it at Amil Lofts. I am more of a traditional interior environment ...
    individual. However, the loft setting appealed to me. The sales agent was very nice and willing to show me options. I was sold!. My townhome sold in a weekend, and I was traveling out of town. When I went back to the sales agent and told her of my situation, she showed me another unit that had just become available. And, in the three weeks, I had moved. I was so happy. I will be here for another 3 years as I am looking at my move to be out of the country (warm and snow-free). Until then, I will continue loving my home here at Amli Lofts!
