Great Customer service, Hap Hazard coordination
October 13, 2023Recently moved and the Manager on the property got my lease processed and approved very quickly. Utilities and Internet was also quick to setup. Main issue cam with contractors and maintenance crew. Seemed to be a lot of miscommunication and some issues with minor fixes being finalized. DONT DO IT!!
February 12, 2023DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!! I moved in October 2022 and since December my AC/Heater is not working. Is February 2023 and it’s still not working. I have done everything! Call the office, go personally and talk to the property manager and I have also posted SEVERAL service requests. Besides my AC not working…. The first month of living here, the property manager opened my door the supposedly show my apartment to “potential new residents”. The so called property manager did not even check before ...opening my apartment. She said “it was an honest mistake “. If THAT IS NOT ENOUGH….. my car got towed because it was under a tree that they were going to cut. NO PREVIOUS NOTICE…. Take my advice, this is the worst place to live. October 4, 2022This apartment complex is very black and white. If you pay low rent, you get a broken apartment and terrible management. Impossible to get anything fixed without waiting in the leasing office 5 times. Its consistent, to give it credit. Everyone seems to have the same kinds of issues. If you talk to them about the issues, everything will be noted down and they talk nice that things will be taken care of, but once the conversation done, then its done.
