June 23, 2024The neighborhood is A with the dog park, Rittenhouse square, restaurants & grocery stores nearby. The apartment itself is very nice, but it is now 9 years old with no updates to the apartments themselves. The roof has been updated a few times, but it sucks that there’s only so many people allowed on it per unit AND that you have to pay $100/hour to even reserve it privately. We pay so much in rent that it should be included to be able to reserve it. The gym is also a hole in the closet. It needs ...to be revamped or they need to partner with a close by gym instead. The front desk people are supposed to be our security, but there’s no way they would be able to physically save any of us. It often smells like trash on the 1st floor since the garbage sits in the garage for days. They definitely need air fresheners on the 1st floor. And they’re so stingy about the A/C in the hallways and 1st floor. I shouldn’t have to sweat in the building at all. But I’ve never seen a bug so that’s a plus.Property Manager Responded

Sleep is impossible, and there are roaches
March 15, 2023From the third floor you get a ton of street noise at all hours of the day. The neighbors frequently have parties both upstairs and right next door, so I haven't gotten a decent night's sleep since I moved in. Noise cancelling earphones don't do much to alleviate the issue. There is a severe roach problem as well, since people tend to leave out trash in the staircase or out in the open.
