Weed smoking apartments
August 18, 2023When I first moved in 2 years ago, I got a parking ticket and was told on my 3rd ticket my vehicle would get towed. Now I can't even get management to remove vehicles that constantly park in my assigned parking space. I actually have to call it in and request permission so I am able to park in any space, that's if I am lucky to even find an open parking space, ? I can't wait to move outProperty Manager Responded

March 16, 2022We have lived at the Avana complex for over three years. We have no complaints whatsoever. In fact, we are puzzled when we here of a complaint. No apartment living is perfect however, when things to go less than expected the Avana staff is spot on. They go out of there way to make us happy.
