March 5, 2025I have lived here 34 and a half years and this is such a wonderful community, it's my home. The maintenance staff always goes above and beyond to take care of any issues we have, and the office staff are always friendly and helpful.Review from Apartments.com

March 3, 2025We are enjoying living at Aya. It’s peaceful and the few neighbors I have met are very friendly. I like the gated aspect, it makes me feel safer at night. I have noticed with the gate open in the daytime there have been a couple of shady characters in the dumpster area outside of our apartment but I was on my way to work and did not have time to report this. I hope a better eye is kept on who is lurking around the dumpsters when the gate is open. He did not look like he lived here.Property Manager Responded

February 24, 2025The management and maintenance had always been professional and on top of things for the most part. The apartments themselves are not well made and there always seems to be an issue. For example my heaters been broken several times and the a/c. My entire ceiling caved in in my spare room due to rain and flooded the apartment was literally a mess for an entire month and rent was not pro rated. I can hear every little thing my neighbors do through the walls. Cars are regularly getting broken into. ...The apartment is not renovated as advertised.Property Manager Responded
