    The most unprofessional management company I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve lived in many properties in my 16 years of living in Chicago. Every week something goes wrong. This is not an exaggeration. Elevators not working (multiple occasions) Fob system not working. Hot water not working. A/C not working. Heat not working. They don’t not keep up with the appearance and cleanliness of the building. Trust me. There are way better buildings in the area.
