We are now offering live video tours of the apartments during Open House and other times by appointment via Google's Duo video application (both Android and Apple iOS) which offers simple, high quality video calls for smartphones, tablets, computers, and Smart Displays like the Google Nest Hub Max. Here is a link to the application, which is available for both Android and Apple iOS operating systems: https://duo.google.com/about/ This is how it works: 1. Call 414-964-8100 or send an email to [email address removed] stating you would like a video tour. Please provide the cellphone number you would like to use for the video tour and the property you would like to tour. We will send to you a text with an invitation to have the video tour. 2. Once you accept the invitation and you have or already installed the Google Duo application on your cellphone, we will initiate the tour during business hours or at the appointed time arranged in advance. 3. We will begin the tour by showing you the property common areas and the apartment in real time using the forward facing camera on our cellphone. 4. You can ask questions and/or direct to see anything specifically, just as if you are there. 5. Other times outside of the Open House can be arranged by appointment. We can even undertake the entire rental process online, including submitting your deposit and/or other fees, as applicable!

Rude Staff
August 18, 2018I called to inquire about an apartment and the guy answered by just saying “hello” like he was annoyed. I said “hi” and he then said “what?”. I then asked if this was Adam’s Trail apartments and he replied yes. I said “never mind that was very rude” and hung up.Review from Apartments.com
Great value
August 25, 2015My wife and I lived at Adam's Trail apartments for a little over two years and really liked it. We lived in a two bedroom lower on the corner of the building so it was fairly quiet, other than occasionally hearing our upstairs neighbors. We never had issues with our neighbors and the caretaker for the property did a good job. If not for moving away from Racine, we would still be living there. Both bedrooms had a good size and plenty of closet space. Having two bathrooms was a bonus, but the ...master bathroom felt a little small and the second bathroom has a door that's at an awkward angle to enter. However, it does have a full size washer and dryer, better than most apartments that have no in unit laundry or smaller stacked machines. The living room had a decent size and the kitchen was quite nice, larger than most apartments we've ever looked at, with lots of cabinet space and counter space for eating. The garage is detached but a short walk from the apartment door and there is plenty of space in the parking lot. The best part of these apartments is the radiant in floor heating which is included in the rent. All winter long our apartment was around a comfortable 73-74 degrees. Being in a lower unit facing north we basically never used the air conditioning, though I heard the upper units tended to get pretty warm during the summer. We had a small patio area where we put a grill and some plants which was nice, made it feel more like home. If you have a unit in the back building there's nothing but the parking lot and woods behind you which makes it feel fairly secluded for being in an apartment. The biggest negatives were that our carpet was very old and had several stains and some things in the apartment (hardware for the sinks, the tub, front door) felt a little dated. Also, the company they hired for snow removal last winter was not very good, I managed to get stuck at the entrance twice after the same storm. The location is decent, there's a large apartment complex on one side where we'd hear kids playing but the opposite side is nice owned homes and nothing but woods behind. The motel a few blocks down the road is a shady place but we never had any issues with anything and never felt unsafe. If you're looking for a reasonably priced apartment in a part of Racine that feels safe, has some of the luxuries like a garage, in floor heat, and in unit laundry that many apartments don't include, Adam's Trail is a nice place to live.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
