The grounds are well kept and the one minor issue I had was addressed quickly and efficiently. The amenities are outstanding and so many to chose from: watching TV while you grill by the pool, working out in the gym and playing various indoor and outdoor games, etc. You'll never be bored. May 27, 2024The grounds are nice and the layouts are pretty good but the buildings are made cheaply. I hear boards creaking when the upstairs neighbors are walking across the floor, the windows are not energy efficient which in turn makes for a higher electric bill and my mail is constantly not being delivered to my “front” door because it’s on the back side of the building.
