February 21, 2025It’s a nice, small community. The amenities could use some work other than that, no complaints as of yet. The water heater could use some work I do get cold water every now and then.Property Manager Responded

February 10, 2025The apartment layout is spacious, especially kitchen storage and the largest bathroom you'll find in any apartment complex. The office staff is friendly and responsive, maintenance is timely and effective. December 18, 2024Apartment is really great with perfect amenities and the distance to everything around like Target, FoodMaxx, and great restaurants. The only downside is parking and it seems like people just park wherever they want to park and sometimes create their own parking spots.Property Manager Responded

The quality of the apartment is good compared to other properties we looked at and the location is absolutely convenient and it’s a bonus that it’s on the much less traffic congested part of Rohnert Park.
