Yeah don’t live here
July 28, 2024I lived here for a year and I would definitely not recommend it. My apartment had so many problems, including multiple severe leaks, heat not working, and the oven not working. It was super dirty when I moved in but still got charged “cleaning fees”. Garbage trucks come in the middle of the night/early morning and are super loud. No laundry and the laundromat close by closed. On top of that, the alley behind this place is probably the sketchiest spot in the u district. There were a few break ins ...when I lived here and people shooting up or passed out in front of the entrance was a regular occurrence. Very unsafe place for a single woman to live. The only saving grace was that the property manager was very helpful and responsive whenever I had problems.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Don’t live here
September 25, 2022I’ve lived here less than a month and there have been so many instances where I’ve regretted moving here. On top of it being overpriced for the quality of the apartment itself, so many of the people in this building are rude. Not a comfortable or safe place for young women.Review from Apartments.com
