August 1, 2024I am a new resident I haven’t enjoyed my Apartment in the slightest. Management keep reporting dates for your concerns and avoid them . They will ignore all of your complaints. There is no compassion for the living situations they put you through. Maintenance service constantly late at resolving issues . It takes them months to fix anything . I’ve exhausted all my energy into getting a fair treatment with them which is why I’m taking legal action and showing them how to treat their tenants.Property Manager Responded

Do Not Move Here! Unkept & Unsafe!

Best Amenities in Dekalb
January 18, 2024Haverly offers lovely units but much more. So much more. I have never seen such amenities in this area. They have a gorgeous Buckhead style co-working space, pools that look like a vacation, their own yoga and wellness, and many free perks. Check the photos and go see. Ask for their coffee, that too is probably the best in the area. Staff is friendly, Jerame is helpful and they really seem to care.Property Manager Responded

BLACK MOLD and they didn't care
January 21, 2023When I lived here, the apartment upstairs flooded into my closet. It took maintenance a couple days to come fix the damage in my place and when they did they only used a large fan. Well... when air dying ONLY inside the closet, not inside the walls, the humid summer and no real air flow... you get mold. that quickly turned into black mold that was very obvious and reeked horribly. again, called maintenance and they only ever sprayed bleach.. just regular bleach... it was never fixed and the mold ...stayed until i was able to move out. everything in that closet had to be thrown out and i wasn't reimbursed for any of it.Property Manager Responded

June 17, 2022I absolutely love the Haverly at Stone Mountain. The environment is tranquil and quiet at all times. I love my townhouse/loft floor plan and amenities. I just moved here and my unit has already begun to feel like home. A special thanks to Shyheem, the leasing agent, for making the moving process so easy and seamless. Being extremely knowledgeable about the property, he answered every question, care, and concern in a timely manner prior to the move and continues to do so. Thanks Shyheem! May 6, 2022I literally had to leave my visit….48 hours of terror!!!If you are looking for no maintenance or office concern response for RAT concerns this is your place to be! Stay Away
October 18, 2020I have lived here for a long time. The prices go up, the stay change, but the property is still going down! Pool hadn’t been open in 2 years (this year COVID happened but last year something was broke that they refused to get fixed), the playground is never cleaned abs tucked in a wooded area, the trash compactor is always over flowing,& maintenance doesn’t fix anything! When you call the office you never know if you’re going to get a rude person or a super rude person. The staff act as if you’re ...bothering them and don’t actually help solve any problems. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND
August 10, 2020I’ve been living here for a some months now and have been dealing with horrible staff workers and maintenance, that don’t fix anything correctly. Repeatedly putting in work orders for things to get fixed in my apartment since I moved here and the problems are still occurring. Also, the value of these apartments are not worth the amount it is being priced for including the area it is in. Don’t do it.
December 14, 2018Maintenance takes forever. They can’t seem to keep up with my keys. Their online systems are unstable. The office staff is unprofessional (I walked past the office to go to the fitness center and literally heard them yelling and cursing at each other). They don’t come and go at the times they’re supposed to. My experience at the Haverly has been one problem after another.Property Manager Responded

I am speechless
February 15, 2018I am really not a person to bad mouth Properties because I myself work in the Property Management business. I will say as far as The office staff I think Eleanor is the most professional one in the entire office. A new lady started she seems ok as far as I can tell. The Property Managers has an "old well whatever attitude" when I do contact them about major problems their respond is just like I said. I could not believe all the disasters I have had in such a small amount of time. I have to tell ...Jesus to take the wheel when talking to these ladies. I just can not understand why I have been here since 5/17 and will not be renewing my lease. I could go on & on about this place but I refuse to. My months here have not been the most pleasant. The rent is going sky-high and nothing has changed the pool was closed all last summer and the outlook does not look good for this summer as well. On a good note the complex is quiet. The maintenance Lord help them. Maybe some Customer Service Etiquette classes could help. Residents suppose to be your #1 priority because without us there would be no you.Property Manager Responded
