This apartment complex is literally the best!
June 21, 2024I was in a rush to move due to a hardship I was facing in my life.. Moving is a tough decision and commitment but after touring about 6 properties, I was confident in choosing Alicante apartments. I was greeted by Ashley in the office and she is literally the nicest leasing agent I have ever met. The Alicante Apartments take great care of the community from the pool, to the gym, to the entertainment center, it’s spotless. What I really enjoy about the Alicante Apartments is the effort put in ...to bring our community together! The taco Tuesdays, the luau’s, you just can’t beat that! The best apartments!
March 20, 2024The staff is nothing shy of amazing! The office and maintenance team are so helpful and nice. They even hold events for their residents! Worth it
February 26, 2023I have lived in several apartments across Aliso Viejo and Alicante has definitely set the bar. Anytime I have ever had an issue, it has been fixed. The location is central to anything you need. The apartments exteriors are clean and well kept. Great Customer Service
September 17, 2020We moved into the property earlier this month and the leasing agent Jessica King made our move simple and easy. We had to move in within one week and Jessica gave me a tour and got us approved extremely fast and efficiently. The apartment is great and we are very happy with how it all turned out. I would recommend Alicante Apartments to anyone who is interested. Close enough to the beach in a very clean and nice neighborhood in Orange County.Review from Apartments.com
