This apartment complex is literally the best!
June 21, 2024I was in a rush to move due to a hardship I was facing in my life.. Moving is a tough decision and commitment but after touring about 6 properties, I was confident in choosing Alicante apartments. I was greeted by Ashley in the office and she is literally the nicest leasing agent I have ever met. The Alicante Apartments take great care of the community from the pool, to the gym, to the entertainment center, it’s spotless. What I really enjoy about the Alicante Apartments is the effort put in ...to bring our community together! The taco Tuesdays, the luau’s, you just can’t beat that! The best apartments!
March 20, 2024The staff is nothing shy of amazing! The office and maintenance team are so helpful and nice. They even hold events for their residents! Today they had an event for our pets and I was able to bring my dog to get treats, a tennis ball, and a bandana! So cute! Thanks for all you do Alicante!Property Manager Responded

Great staff
July 9, 2023I’ve been a resident for a year now, and I love the online portal that allows for filing online maintance requests! Although my maintenance needs are few and far between, the maintenance staff are VERY responsive! They are so respectful and professional, and they get the job done. Worth it
February 26, 2023I have lived in several apartments across Aliso Viejo and Alicante has definitely set the bar. Anytime I have ever had an issue, it has been fixed. The location is central to anything you need. The apartments exteriors are clean and well kept. The only downside is that your rent will increase each year, but that has been pretty typical at all the big apartments.Property Manager Responded

Very Happy Here
December 1, 2022Me and my roommate moved in a little over a month ago and have enjoyed every moment. Ashley showed us around (several times actually) and answered every question we had. Great Customer Service
September 17, 2020We moved into the property earlier this month and the leasing agent Jessica King made our move simple and easy. We had to move in within one week and Jessica gave me a tour and got us approved extremely fast and efficiently. The apartment is great and we are very happy with how it all turned out. I would recommend Alicante Apartments to anyone who is interested. Close enough to the beach in a very clean and nice neighborhood in Orange County.Review from Apartments.com
