October 11, 2015Decent apartment units despite the age and budget materials, but the tenants nearby take away from the experience to say the least. The one problem here is management of this property allowing overcrowded apartment units which add to the noise. Tenants around who litter and who have a blatant disregard for their neighbors enjoyment of their home surround you. The parking situation is hectic and always a battle to find a parking space, despite if you pay for a unit with 1 bedrooms over 1. It seems ...that cars are left abandoned to hold spaces and a mid-day shuffle occurs when normal people are working. Sad to say the past year here has been most un-enjoyable.
