    They have changed management 6 times. Still I won't get my money I was over charged for. You pay for parking and there is no assign space. So why are the charging. No pools to be used. The gates don't work. Lucky if you get washers to work. Soen a whole 6 week with no AC and gave me a small cooler for one room.

    ive been here for almost 2 months now , i have had multiple maintenance requests, and only 2 have been solved , I had to sit in my apartment for 5 days w out A/C during a heatwave. Im sad i signed a whole year lease. You pay for amenities that arent even available… Im so sad i signed a years lease, bc i have to put up w it until next may

    *Current Tenant Review* 1 STAR. CAN’T WAIT TO LEAVE SOON. The apartments are nothing like in the picture. To anyone moving to Las Vegas and unsure about the apartment, STEER CLEAR AWAY. I pay a monthly pest control fee, however, I don’t ever see it done. The apartments all around are crawling with cockroaches and ants all the time. I have done everything I can to control and get rid of these bugs but, it won’t do anything unless maintenance are actually done on these buildings. There are plenty ...
    of little nooks and holes that are not properly covered up so they all find a way to get in somehow. Parking? You will pay have to pay for parking. That is no problem for me but, no one ever follows the rules. People always park wherever they want. I guess they finally hired a towing company to start enforcing something to be done. Good right? WRONG. The company is so shady, they will come at 12-3am and look at every car in the lot to tow. When you try to approach these guys and ask what they’re doing, they will start walking the opposite way and refuse to speak with you. Shady. Maintenance? Need Work Done? You’re better off fixing it yourself. They will never come, they will tell you that they will come but they won’t. We were out of AC for maybe a whole month? Mind you this was during summer, it was in the 90’s-100’s outside. The only time they actually started to care was once I told them that I can’t leave it like that as I have a dog at home that cannot bear the heat and that I will hold them reliable for anything that happens due to having no AC during the summer. I also have been speaking with neighbors and one of them told me that they have been waiting for someone to work on their dryer, however, months have passed and no one has fixed it. That neighbor is stuck having to pay to dry their clothes when they have a dryer inside their unit that the office won’t address it. Need to get ahold of someone? LOL. You will never get ahold of anyone via call or email. I have been calling them about some things I need addressed at the unit but, no one ever answers. I have also been emailing them and sending an inquiry in the resident’s portal to get a copy of my itemized monthly payments, no one has gotten back to me at all.

  • They don’t do nothing

    They got Roaches and they always changing management so no one knows what they doing or even know what’s going on they maintenance always trying to come to my house after hours to “fix” something no I have two daughters I can’t wait to move because this place need to get shut down and rebuild because they “pest” is getting outta hand I keep a clean house and they still coming out because people around me. They won’t be getting nothing from me until they fix my issues. My kid’s closet doors are ...
    off and I put in a request weeks ago and no one came durning the day to fix it. So if anything happens to one of my kids I will be suing them.

    Ojo con esto!! Han habido como 3 administraciones y de todas la que esta ahorita es la peor, cambian el codigo del porton de entrada sin avisarle a los residentes, quieren cobrarte por parqueo aparte de lo alto que es la renta, no vale la pena vivir ahi...busquen un mejor lugar, la manager es una señora amargada que solo le interesa traer nuevoa residentes, pero con lo que ya estan ahi se porta de mal caracter.

    I was living for 3 years in which I was never late in the payments of the rent, at the end of my 3rd contract I decided to move to a better place, I did everything right so that they would give me back my depocit, which they said in the office that there was not problem that they would send me a check to my new address, which I'm still waiting for. Brandon was Taken care of my case, who is a person Very polite and friendly on person, but when I trying to talk to him on the phone he hides and ...
    leaves me waiting for a long time until I have to hang up on the phone. I tried to talk to the manager who is an arrogant person and excuses himself and he said with a mocking voice, that the company where he works did not steal my depocit that the check was sent to my home 2 months ago. Is this company serious or do they have the right people managing this apartment complex?
