August 28, 2024Alma isn’t a horrible apartment, however I do not enjoy living here. There are too many rules and no one enforces them. It’s nearly impossible to sleep or get any quiet in my apartment due to my neighbors. I feel like whoever made these apartments rushed and was only thinking about profit when creating a 3 story apartment. You hear literally everything right above you and it will drive you insane. So yes they look nice on the outside but it’s not peaceful at all.Property Manager Responded

I love the amenities and location to restaurants and shopping, not to mention the view of Ethel M's botanical garden when it's lit during the holidays. Shay the office manager has been here from day 1 to assist with all my residential needs! Rude & Unresponsive Leasing office Staff
July 10, 2024Beautiful property. I used to love living at this property until there was a management turnover. The staff in the leasing office are both rude and unresponsive to residents. Poor leaders. The Greystar corporate office is not any better. If you need to make changes to your lease they make the process overly difficult. They don't respond to emails. You need to follow up over and over. They are under staffed and typically no one is in the office to help in person. If you do by luck come to the ...office when someone is there, they behave as though we are bothering them. They send threatening emails to residents stating that they will fine us. While taking months and months to repair broken equipment in the gym.Property Manager Responded
