This is inhumane squalor, and no one deserves to live in these kinds of conditions. All of my neighbors are having these same issues, and they’re all moving out too. Do no rent from these people.

even told us to stop contacting them, all while they had OUR money... also when we were told we were denied, it was because of my boyfriend's misdemeanor. He said, "can you elaborate on that?" The woman had a huge "you know" type of attitude and told us what it was. We pulled up how records, it was dismissed. We had no idea he had this on his record, considering he is a security guard and has been through multiple background checks. I think if he was a threat to the community he wouldn't be a security officer.. We had to call them back and DO THEIR JOB and SHOW THEM WHAT A DISMISSED CASE WAS. What is the point of doing a background check if you can't understand the terms and we have to explain them for you? Rude people and I really feel like we were denied because of our age. They told my mom that we were denied because we had no renters history, but told us we were denied for something different. Shady shady business.
