Do not rent
October 21, 2024Management can never resolve any issues. Hallways and elevators are always dirty. Every two months there is a problem with every unit that they take forever to fix. The building was not build properly. The management do not know what they are doing.Property Manager Responded

The leasing team is always kind and readily available to assist with any tenant needs and management works hard to uphold guidelines for community safety and cleanliness which I appreciate most. I love the amenities and nightly security team. I've been happy with my apartment and have experienced little to no maintenance issues. December 19, 2022Location, views, luxury details throughout kitchen and bathroom are all reasons I love my apartment at Alta Ink. I found it very rare to get 1 parking space for free in Hollywood and can appreciate that. Management, leasing, and maintenance staff are extremely helpful and kind I can definitely see myself resigning when my lease is up.Property Manager Responded

Nice!
December 13, 20224.5/5 I moved here in August and the price was very reasonable (I got 2 months free) with assigned parking. This building is also brand new with amazing amenities (I love the yoga room). While it is on Hollywood, I feel safe living here as there is security measures taken. The leasing office is nice and the maintenance is resolved extremely quick. The only thing is that packages may get stolen if it’s left in the package room for a few days… other than that no complaints! -Tiffany HsiaProperty Manager Responded
