September 30, 2024I've been a resident for over a year, and my opinion of Alta Longwood and the staff has evolved considerably. As the property has stabilized, the caliber of fellow tenants has increased, and there have been far less issues with both the facility and fellow tenants as when I first moved in. The staff has grown to know many of the "regulars" and with that, good personal and professional relationships have been created that enable better communication. The management has done a great job at keeping ...the property in good shape, clean, orderly, and has done an amazing job at hosting events and in the invitation of vendors to the property to enhance the residential experience. They have all done a great job at evolving into a cohesive team. September 30, 2024So far living here has been great. The residents I’ve come in contact with are nice and respectful. The apartments are brand new and beautiful! The area in the apartment complex I live in is very quiet and peaceful and have no issues. Front desk is quick to respond when needed. Not like other communities I’ve lived in where it was impossible to speak with someone so I had to personally email an employee to speak with them.Review from Apartments.com
