September 30, 2024I've been a resident for over a year, and my opinion of Alta Longwood and the staff has evolved considerably. As the property has stabilized, the caliber of fellow tenants has increased, and there have been far less issues with both the facility and fellow tenants as when I first moved in. The staff has grown to know many of the "regulars" and with that, good personal and professional relationships have been created that enable better communication. September 30, 2024So far living here has been great. The residents I’ve come in contact with are nice and respectful. The apartments are brand new and beautiful! The area in the apartment complex I live in is very quiet and peaceful and have no issues. Front desk is quick to respond when needed.
