February 26, 2025We moved to the US recently and knew we wanted to live in San Diego. We'd heard mixed things about Oceanside so was a bit hesitant at first. But our tour of Alta changed our perspective and so happy and grateful we live here now. One of the biggest requirements was to go for walks and to stroll along the beach every day is a dream. There's also so many terrific restaurants and cafes in the area too. The amenities in the building are fantastic as well, I love the library-coworking space.Property Manager Responded

Amazing Staff and Property
September 27, 2024The staff at Alta Oceanside has been amazing from day 1. We were needing a place quickly because our old apartment had major repairs that needed to be done. We toured the complex on Friday and were sleeping in our new, beautiful apartment by Tuesday.
