Love my Apartment Community
November 15, 2024This is by far the best Apartment Community I have ever lived in. Management is on top of any issue you may have. Maintenance takes take of any problem you have, and they are super-fast. The Managment team treats you like family and they have fun events so you can get to know people and make friends. The Amenities are the best I have ever seen. Rebecca the Manager and her Team are all 5 stars. Best maintenance team!
August 16, 2024The maintenance team here is great! Anytime I put in a maintenance request, they usually answer within 24 hours, most of the time same day and they always go above and beyond! I live closest to the forest so often get bugs and debris in my stairwell and balcony (which understandably comes with the amazing scenery) but they always come and clean/power wash it and it looks brand new. Very grateful as I’ve lived in previous apartments that completely neglect and ignore maintenance requests and make ...you feel like a bother by submitting the request. Here, they are always on top of things and doing their best to provide the best service they can. Everything they do here is first class!Property Manager Responded

A great place to live!
June 27, 2024My wife and I have been living here for 2 months, and we love it. Our apartment is great, facing some beautiful woods. The amenities and activities are tremendous fun. I use the swimming pool regularly, and my wife loves using the fitness center. The game room is awesome, as well as the other various amenities in the clubhouse. The Starbucks coffee machine is extremely popular!!! The management team and staff members are all cheerful and friendly, always responsive to our needs. Poor build quality and planning
June 27, 2024The walls in this apartment complex are paper thin you will hear noises from your neighbors next to you below you and above you. You do not get a fan or a light in the second or third bedroom if you have more than one bedroom. as far as I know maintenance is not 24 hours when it was 82° in my house and I called the hotline they still will not reach back out to you until 10 o’clock in the morning, the parking situation is a nightmare. The spots are almost all compact so multiple cars are double ...parking taking up way too many spaces, causing residents to have to park further than they would like to from there unit. the amenities are mostly business hours other than the gym steam room sauna So if you work nights and you would like a coffee before you go into work, you’re not getting one unless you’re in the leasing office before 5 PM. amenities can be down quite often due to other residents miss using them or the poor build quality, causing them to fail prematurely. as the other reviewers have said, they do micromanage here and are very strict about what can be on your balcony.Property Manager Responded

I love our community!
June 28, 2024The weekly events — especially yoga and fitness center boot camp guided by professionals — are my favorite exercise activities. Other activities have been burger night, nacho night, flower arranging, bingo with excellent prizes, water aerobics in the pool, and movie nights with popcorn. Sierra is the events coordinator— she’s always cheerful and does a great job planning the events. The management team and staff are all very nice and friendly. Once Briana went out of her way to help me with a ...locker problem in the women’s restroom outside of her work hours. I like how the maintenance crew keeps everything clean in the clubhouse. The swimming pool is wonderful. I also like the game room a lot and also the virtual game room (golf, bowling, basketball, etc.). They have a continental breakfast Monday through Friday, and waffles on the weekend. I rarely miss breakfast! I love our apartment, especially the beautiful kitchen with white cabinets and the island. Our 1-bedroom apartment is the perfect size for my husband and I. It’s peaceful, with no road noise and a view of some beautiful woods.Property Manager Responded
