January 20, 2024Cute property but so many problems. 1. No light fixtures in the units & poor ventilation. Recurring mold growth in the cabinets and unit's ceiling (for various tenants). Tried to move to a different unit and it was the same mold spores in those units. 2. Silverfish termites and worms crawling around daily (another sign of moisture problems that management keeps ignoring). 3. Noise - if you're a light sleeper this property is not for your. You're right next to a highway, and the walls are ...extremely thin. Constant music blasting and people stomping around like elephants.Property Manager Responded
