November 19, 2024I have enjoyed the effective communication and community wide events hosted by the leasing office staff. October 26, 2024The Leasing office Team has always given superior customer service, maintenance however has not. Maintenance always does a half job.(having to be called more than once) for the same job. The trash is an issue and the mailroom should be locked, and the gate has never worked.Property Manager Responded

September 3, 2024I had some major concerns before but I'm happy to say that Bozzuto really listened and got the ball rolling. There are still a few issues being addressed but I've been assured that my concerns are relevant, and will be resolved in a timely manner. The property manager always listens and provides speedy responses. Maintenance has been in the apartment frequently and works very fast and diligently. Plus the maintenance crew is always nice, and provides good advise to avoid any issues in the ...future. My main concern right now is parking, but with patience I'm sure this too will be resolved.
