Rude staff ruins all.
April 12, 2017Other than its location, this is over priced old apartment. The front desk lady is very rude and she is the reason I won't be renewing my lease here. That's right she is THAT rude. They do not take care of your packages, and did I mention how rude she is? The walls are very thin, and this place needs some serious ramifications. Good location in Koreatown, highrise, beautiful roof top w/ gym, pool and bar room
August 20, 2015This is a great location in Koreatown Los Angeles. Quick walk to markets, subway station/metro, restaurants, citi and Bank of America and Feria(Korean club) for nightlife right across from the building. The staff is great and active, security is friendly and helpful. Parking for guests can be hard but if you need extra space you can pay 100$ monthly to park across from the building behind the plaza. They do offer you 1 parking space per unit. The rent price is above average but it is worth the ...money with a great view. With 3 working elevators, not wait time is not long at all. The roof is amazing.. beautiful and best 360 view in Koreatown.. the only thing missing is a spa/jacuzzi. I say its well worth the money!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
