    Have nothing but nice things to say about the staff. I have a particular situation and they did not hesitate to provide options to help me. I am pleased with my move. The apartments are nice and I feel welcomed, safe and at home.

    This property used to be clean, safe, and well maintained and a great place to live. Ever since the office staff changed it has been a horrible place to call home. The gate is always open, trash gets left outside, work order requests are ignored, and it’s impossible to get any help over the weekend. There are zero amenities that are aligned with the price point of these apartments. There is no pool, no fitness center, no playground for kids, no clubhouse, no community events, nothing that is ...

  • Emergency Maintenance - No AC

    July 28, 2023
    On Thursday at 6:45pm I submitted an order and called the office to report that The AC was not working; being 83 degrees inside and I reported this to the “Maintenance emergency line” I called 3 times and nothing. I am pregnant and I passed the whole night without AC, because they didn’t responded to my 3 calls. In the morning the next day at 9am the office lady said they were short of staff and apologized. About 1 hr later the technician came and said and started to check the unit and found out ...
    , the compressor was dead. So apparently they need a new one. I couldn’t resist the heat anymore at 12:30pm on Friday I left the apt and nothing was done. When I came back at 8pm I found this little thing in my window (a little square window personal ac unit) . Still 82 degrees inside the apt and No explanation, no call, NOTHING. They do NOt work on the weekends so I’m stuck with this little thing for the weekend until I call again for an explanation of what’s gonna happen?. This is horrible! This thing is not even cooling the apt with this extreme heat of Houston. I can’t stay here another night. This window AC is not cooling the apt enough to sleep over. Still 82 degrees inside.

    Just moved in and I love it! I work in central Pearland. This property is near to everything I need shopping, bank and main HWY. The property is quiet and very well maintained. I definitely recommend moving in!
