We are located just 3 miles from the beach, 1 mile from 10 and 405 FWY, close to Trader Joe's, Ralph's, Starbucks, 7-Eleven, LA Fitness and much more in Santa Monica. Security deposit starts at $1,500 on approved credit. Owner pays water and trash, tenant pays gas and electric. We welcome most dogs under 25lbs, no other pets are considered.
