Rude staff
November 15, 2024The apartment is an ordinary place. However, my experience with the rude staff working there is horrible. The office staff made a ridiculous mistake and charged me money, never bothered to explain, and arrogantly insisted that she was right. When I went to the office to argue with her, she locked the door and left the office to do her own personal business instead of talking to me, even though it was office hours. The office manager finally listened to what happened and resolved some of ...the issues, but I've never met such a rude ?staff in my life.Property Manager Responded

The management team is incredibly responsive and always goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. The maintenance staff is prompt, and any requests are handled efficiently. The amenities are a huge bonus—whether it's the fitness center, pool, or communal areas, everything is well-maintained and creates a welcoming atmosphere. September 28, 2024The community offers a peaceful environment, but several aspects need improvement. While the area is quiet and serene, maintenance is just average, and common areas don’t get cleaned regularly. A major issue is the lack of responsibility among pet owners, resulting in dog waste being left around the property. The second entrance is unreliable and often non-functional, with no signage to indicate whether it's working. Another downside is the absence of recreational facilities like tennis or ...pickleball courts for adults. Additionally, the streets lack adequate lighting, raising safety concerns, especially at night. While the setting itself is good, these ongoing problems hinder the overall living experience and need to be addressed to make the community more enjoyable for its residents.Property Manager Responded
