Rude staff
November 15, 2024The apartment is an ordinary place. However, my experience with the rude staff working there is horrible. The office staff made a ridiculous mistake and charged me money, never bothered to explain, and arrogantly insisted that she was right. When I went to the office to argue with her, she locked the door and left the office to do her own personal business instead of talking to me, even though it was office hours. The office manager finally listened to what happened and resolved some of ...the issues, but I've never met such a rude ?staff in my life.Property Manager Responded

The management team is incredibly responsive and always goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. The maintenance staff is prompt, and any requests are handled efficiently. The amenities are a huge bonus—whether it's the fitness center, pool, or communal areas, everything is well-maintained and creates a welcoming atmosphere. A major issue is the lack of responsibility among pet owners, resulting in dog waste being left around the property. The second entrance is unreliable and often non-functional, with no signage to indicate whether it's working. Additionally, the streets lack adequate lighting, raising safety concerns, especially at night.
