I wouldn’t again
March 8, 20221 star for Nice community. Neighbors are quiet but smokes pot. Home i lived in had roaches when i first moved in and had to be exterminated. Roach problem wasn’t disclosed to me at all prior to me moving in. I had to find out on my first night. The exterminator visit wasn’t planned either. He just showed up out of no where and no notification was given. Probably would had entered my home without authorization if i wasnt home. Water shut off for maintenance are not notified in advance but on the ...day of. It was explained to me when i broke my lease that my deposit will be applied towards my lease break fee. Not true and uses the signed lease as a way to right their words and lack of knowledge on their own lease agreements. Office team don’t know their own lease and could use better training. Communication from the office team is minimal. “Rent” not “lease break fee” was withdrawn from my account without authorization after cancelation of my lease and keys has been returned. It was also explained to me that they will send me a letter with the charges for me to pay after the move out has been completed. The manager that talked to me on the phone about the unauthorized transaction was rude and couldnt hold pass 10 secs before she hung up on me. They had me on hold, off and on, for over 15 mins because their office staff is under trained and has little knowledge on what is on the lease. I would never rent from Anthos again and will never recommend them to anyone.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
cool quiet place to live in
August 10, 2015They keep the outside clean, they always answer the phone and are available during office hours most of the time. It's not to nosey and the neighbors are cool. If you don't pay your rent on time you will be evicted after a SHORT tims given to pay it with major late fees added on. So just pay your rent on time.Review from Apartments.com
