February 15, 2025Disappointed From move-in in December up till now, our overall experiences with the individuals in the leasing office and maintenance have been disappointing. We needed to change units due to our first unit being unacceptably dirty on our move-in date, and the responsiveness of the front office throughout that situation was terrible. We needed to contact them and push to move things along every step of the way. The new unit is better, and we have had help from maintenance with some of the ...issues, but there are still issues that have not been properly addressed such as our front door. The door won’t close properly and when it is closed all of the way it sticks and will not open at times. The weather stripping replacements have not helped the draft which increased our electric bill immensely. Someone was supposed to come yesterday, 2/14, to quote a fix for the door but no one showed up. The communication from the front office is terrible by April and the property manager, Jennifer.Property Manager Responded

October 29, 2024Maintenance Been waiting for a good 3 months for my floors to be fixed, been a month since I put a work order in for 5 different things like out garbage disposal plug has wires showing, can’t use our heater til the unit is cleaned the tub in the second bathroom is clog and still had water in it from when we gave our daughter a bath. Tried going into the office to see what’s going on and there is a sign saying out of the office. So not sure when we will get everything fixed.Property Manager Responded
