March 18, 2025I moved in at the end of May 2023, and up until about May/ June 2024, everything was good. But since then, the complex and community have completely gone downhill. The place is very dirty and we have lots of trash that is not picked up. The biggest and worse item is that we have many people who are not cleaning up after their dogs. And I mean dog poop. People are just letting the dogs go to the bathroom and walking away. We have messes everywhere. Management has been told by several people but ...nothing has changed. December 7, 2024I love my apartment and the area is nice. My BIGGEST issue is residents that do no clean up after their dogs. The place is a mess due to it. I wish Management could be more proactive in taking care of this issueProperty Manager Responded

December 3, 2024My experience has been okay so far, but there are a couple of things that make it a 3-star. The noise levels can be disruptive at times, which impacts my overall comfort. Additionally, some of the extra costs, like the high utility bills, feel excessive and unexpected. These issues take away from what could be a much better living experience.Property Manager Responded
