Great place to live!
September 12, 2024Great indoor pool, hot tub, packages delivered to individual lockers to be kept safe, 24 hr locked mailroom, friendly and respectful maintenance staff, responsive and knowledgable office staff, 24 hr gym, recycling picked up weekly at your door, security company that roves randomly at night so no potential criminals can plan around their arrival, dog park, playground, close to excellent schools, close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Great Apartment
July 3, 2024I lived there for 6 years and even transferred to a bigger unit when I needed more space. Management is on top of everything, leasing staff is incredibly helpful, maintenance gets done right away, and you cannot beat the location. They do projects every year to keep the place looking great, too. Our building got new siding last year and this year we got new landscaping. The package locker system and indoor pool/hot tub are highlights as well. Overall, this is a great complex and place to live. I ...would recommend to anyone!Property Manager Responded

Sounds better on paper
May 28, 2024I moved into apple creek that so many free amenities and sounded great. The first month was great after that it all went downhill. The pool ans hot tub are always closed the office is always closing early. Trying to get ahold of the office is a nightmare and they don't take your complaints seriously. Had so many noise issues and they didn't care. The grounds people don't do anything besides work on there own cars. Come winter be prepared to either stay home or risk going out to nothing being ...shoveled for days and falling multiple times. They have time to send out emails but don't care about the people who are actually living on property and let's not even get into the mold that is in every building on the propertyProperty Manager Responded

Moving Out
May 23, 2023Living at Apple Creek for the past 4.5 years has been a wonderful experience. It was a good first apartment. I felt safe, which is important as a young woman living by myself. The complex is located in a very accessible area. Not far from the Dodge Expressway or I-80. The grounds are kept in pretty good shape. I have no noise complaints and could rarely ever hear my neighbors. There is ample parking and various resident activities are hosted in the Club House. The community is welcoming and ...inclusive. The management team is kind, flexible, and efficient. Very responsive as well. They work to schedule maintenance repairs during your availability within the work day. The few maintenance requests I had were completed within a couple days. The maintenance men do great work and are some of the sweetest people. There are no pest problems other than some ants here and there when the weather starts to warm up. If I wasn’t moving to Texas, I would not be moving out. Honestly, I wish I could have taken Apple Creek with me.Property Manager Responded

Love Apple Creek!
November 15, 2022If you are looking for a nice apartment with a very responsive administrative team, Apple Creek is the place to go. I’ve lived in apartments that left maintenance issues for MONTHS—not at Apple Creek. When I have an issue, it’s solved within 24 hours. They once even got maintenance in the hour before a holiday weekend, as soon as I submitted a report! And I’ve needed maintenance so rarely here—maybe once or twice in over a year. Great Place to Live!
June 15, 2022My time at Apple Creek was great! The neighbors were friendly and quiet. If you ever need something fixed, the maintenance staff resolves the issue very fast. The communication with the leasing office is great! I directly spoke with Evan many times and she was very clear about the lease agreement and any other questions I had. Apple Creek is located in a safe part of Omaha as well, which is reassuring. Overall, I give Apple Creek 5/5 stars!Property Manager Responded

Terrible Management!
June 14, 2022Apple Creek management does not care about their renters or anyone involved in the application process. From the beginning of my interaction with them, they pushed me to submit an application without answering any of the questions I had or giving me an opportunity to tour the area. After I had submitted an application which required a security deposit, application fee, and administrative fee, I would not hear from them for an entire week. During that time I would tour other apartments in the area ...to ensure that I would move somewhere that I would want to live. Unfortunately, Apple Creek management is very unclear on the application process and even gave me false information. They said that I would receive a full refund minus the application fee if I were to cancel my application. However, they NEVER specified that you only have 24 hours to cancel from the day you SUBMIT the application. How can that even be the case where you aren't approved yet but lose a security deposit. I tried speaking to the leasing manager about this issue and she couldn't care less. She had received her money and that's all they care about. She then proceeded to use the lease I had not yet signed as a ransom since signing the document would be the only possible way to receive my security deposit back. After I asked her for some time to make a decision, she again pressured me to sign and stated that she would void the lease the next day if I did not respond. I wouldn't wish anybody to go through what I did with them. They consistently pressured me, ignored me when it was convenient for them, and lied to me so that they can keep screwing over people just trying to find an apartment to live in.Property Manager Responded

A nice pace with a few issues.
October 23, 2019Great staff very friendly and helpful. Near a the mall and places to eat. Only biggest complaint is how bad the parking is. There are not enough spots. If you come in after 7 at night you are almost guaranteed to have to park some where that's no where near your building and take a long walk. While walking isnt bad for you :) It's really a problem when it rains or it snows and is freezing outside especially with groceries and so on There are spots in the back corner but no one wants to park there ...due to all the break ins that happen back there. This place needs to either assign each unit 1 spot at least or build more parking space like in the middle of the road circle or something. Bugs, mice and ants are also an issue but maintenance doesn't seem to really care as they say thats how it is with these old places. Buildings are old and in major need of renovation, the HVAC units are ancient and energy hogs. Good luck not having an outrageous bill almost every month even when you hardly use it like I do. Other then these issues the staff has been great and its near everything you need and off the main road where its quiet.Property Manager Responded

Awesome Place! Amazingly Wonderful Staff!
September 14, 2019After 13 years of happily renewed leases at Apple Creek, we are deeply saddened to have to leave the absolutely AMAZING staff here and our wonderful neighbors - we are so very attached! Thank you all for everything! We didn't have the luxury of seeing our apartment prior to moving here from another state in 2006, so Paula, Lynn, Cindy and Alicia took extra care to make sure we got the apartment that met our needs and wish list through a quick series of phone calls and online exchanges. The ...apartment was clean and beautiful, and we fell in love with it instantly. (Still love it!) We signed the first lease and just kept signing them year after year feeling there was no place we'd rather be. We hope whoever takes our place here will be as happy and feel as loved here as we have, and we've done our part to maintain its beauty throughout the years. Don and his phenomenal maintenance team, Ely and Dave and Jordan, keep the property and buildings functioning well and looking beautiful year-round. We've never heard any neighbor report anything but praise for the entire staff here. (That is quite an accomplishment!) A few things that make life here most enjoyable: 1) You just won't find sweeter, more competent people than the ones who work here! 2) The clubhouse, pool and hot tub are beautiful and especially cheery on a dreary winter day - and warm! 3) The drive into the community is charming day or night, so regardless of your work schedule you'll feel enchanted with the place every time you see it. 4) Don plows the snow off the lot super fast! I love it here.
April 29, 2019I have lived at the complex since September and I love it. Any issues have been very minor and addressed by staff/maintenance right away. I feel safe and there is lots of green space to walk my dog. No apartment complex is going to be perfect but Apple Creek is pretty great. I will be transferring to a larger unit soon because of how good of an experience I've had.Property Manager Responded

I would reconsider
April 26, 2019They promiss you the moon to get you in but then don't deliver. Oh yay they have a hot tub (it's rarely hot), nice an indoor pool!! (? caution could get clorine poisoning), ample parking! ( cancel the gym membership you will get plenty of excersice walking to your apartment). Finally good luck with a renewal they claim its market price but they gouge you. (They don't think your smart enough to check the market). Lastly they will say sorry come talk to our manager so we can help you but guess ...what... Correct she will never speak with you your just a lowly tenant.Property Manager Responded
