Applewood properties is a smaller, quiet community. We offer monthly to 3 month leases. Our units are larger than average and very spacious. Our kitchens have a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and garbage disposal. We also have washer/dryer hookups in every apartment home. Every apartment home has a balcony or back porch area. We are pet friendly. Applications are in paper form and are available at the leasing office.

      Management was extremely lazy. When you bring up an issue it would take months to "fix". Fix isn't even what they do. Property was just disgusting.
