New owners; quickly going downhill
September 12, 2023The place used to be great! Staff was friendly and understanding and felt like they really cared. Now that Red Tail has taken over the place is a nightmare. “Renovations” done to the property were lazily done, takes days for maintenance to come out . Office is awful awful. Canceled my automatic payments for one month without notice then charged me a late fee even though it was on them. I DONT recommend moving here.Property Manager Responded

Nice area, older apartments
January 25, 2023If a decent property company had performed quality structural upgrades over the years they would be really great. Newer property owners aren't good. 2 of 4 maintenance staff left, so only basic emergency stuff is getting fixed. Easier to take care of little things ourselves rather than wait or get it half done. They are always short staffed and some hired contractors aren't very good. It's a shame because the location and community are great.Review from Apartments.com

August 27, 2018Arbor Commons is an amazing hidden treasures tucked behind the beautiful Arbor Park. Experoence the Farmers Market every weekend as well as live concerts in the summer. You'll find it to be a quiet and peaceful place to live.
