I have been a resident since 2019. The first year my heat went out. Instead of fixing the heat they put in two space heaters. Over the past years the roaches have gotten so bad that they are coming out of my plugs. My ac died at the end of this past summer and I have no hopes of them ever fixing it. I would be wary of this complex, especially if you live in a unit that has not been renovated yet. I have had a broken kitchen drawer for a few months and even that is not getting fixed. My counters ...
are disintegrating and falling apart. I am sure the renovated apartments are better. But the older units need a lot of attention but I think they may be ignored.
