    Honestly not a bad spot, nothing to complain about either. I get help form landlords when need, not that I have needed anything but a key replaced. Neighbors all keep to themselves and are polite. The grounds could definitely use some more upkeep.

    I have lived in Arbor Lakes for over 15 months and my experience has been great, the staff is very approachable and helpful (jamie and James) and the maintenance team is very quick in attending request and repairs. There is a big sense of community, and the office takes the job to create activities to incentive this environment. I would highly recommend rent in this property.

    Beautiful grounds, well kept, friendly staff and community. I’ve only had to call maintenance once and they were at my door in 15 minutes, minor issue solved within 10 minutes
