The main reason for moving to Arbor Place was because of the professionalism that was displayed by Barbara (manager). Barbara continues to be professional, friendly, and concerned about the residents. The maintenance team lead by Keri, has done a great job in making sure maintenance requests get attended to in a timely matter. They are really sensitive to the needs of each and every resident that lives in the community. I often get homesick because of the drastic relocation to Georgia from New York but it's nice to have a place away from home that makes me feel comfortable, secure, and at PEACE. I really don't have to worry about anything ...because I know that the staff will do all that they can do to see that I am happy living in this wonderful community. We are definitely an active community! We share "tears" on special movie nights, "sweat" on our frequent work-out nights, and boy do we "laugh!!" It's nice to share a laugh or two with others. As our relationships grow and flourish into lifelong relationships, I know that the memories will last a lifetime for us all. If you need a home away from home, just stop by Arbor Place. A positive review for the leasing office
December 17, 2019My experience with the leasing office at Arbor Place Apartments has been a remarkable one. The staff is very helpful, professional and kind. It makes a huge amount of difference to me to have the kindness showed by Ms. Barbara, Ms. Tanya and Ms. Wanda. where I live. My request are always taken care of. Can't imagine....
September 26, 2019I just can't imagine living anywhere else...and don't want to! :-) This is my community. I enjoy coming home worry free, i enjoy leaving each day, worry free. We've called this place home for over 10 years. We've watched the community grow and adapt to trends and changes. By her being empathetic to my needs, I felt as if I had connected and built relationship I could trust. I actually envisioned myself living in a community such as this.
