March 23, 2025Things have gotten better, but NOW we don't have security or hallway lights in our building on the 1st or 3rd floors. This is not safe. We have enough "visitors" hanging around as it is. Not to mention car break-ins. It's been FOUR WEEKS without those lights.Review from Apartments.com

March 6, 2025I like where I am living, the only problem I have is several of the things around my apartment keep needing to get fixed, I have had to request multiple times for things to become fixed. March 3, 2025Arboretum Place is an amazing place to live! The accommodations are nice, and the available amenities are always kept pristine. I love the addition of the dog park. If there’s one complaint I could make, it’s that’s you have to stay on top of maintenance to get things fixed, but considering the amount of units that they have to service, you just have to be patient. February 1, 2025So far it's been a crazy winter. But once again the staff has taken care of the community making sure that we all were safe. Getting the parking lot clear of any snow and ice, they also pu down rock salt to ensure our safety. I was very pleased. 5 ?? in my book.Property Manager Responded
