A Horrible Place
August 21, 2021Living at this complex was a nightmare. The office staff only cares about taking your money. Many of my requests for help fell on deaf ears. The plumbing and electrical in my unit were cheap and shoddy. The rent increases every year were brutal. Oh, and be prepared to kiss your security deposit goodbye! They will find any reason to not return it to you. Run as fast as you can from these rotten apartments.Review from Apartments.com
Greatest Community!!
March 19, 2018Man I love this place! I’ve lived here for over a year and it has been amazing! The staff here is amazing and they will help out with whatever is needed. I was looking around near this community for other apartments for my parents and they were all overpriced and small. This community is affordable and much larger. The only issue I have here is that none of the residents pick up after there dogs. The management send out notices quite frequently to remind us and people continue to do it. But other ...than that it’s a great community. I don’t understand all the bad reviews. It’s a great arena. The staff is beyond amazing and are very caring and will help. The apartments are amazing and very nice. And it’s within walking distance from the store, and there is a Trail right behind the complex so I can go on walks with my family all the time. Horrible Disappointed
March 18, 2018the most most discriminate person I've ever met in my life that lady in the front desk.on March 15 me and my wife went to that place after she showed us an apt and agreed with us to filed application she told us where to buy the money order me and my wife go outside to do a private talk about what we gonna do 3 minutes after we went back to the office she changed her mind by telling us to give her sometime saying quote I'll call guys later to let u know if have one available then i tell my wife ...she will not call us back I was right she never call us back I wish she read that review she will remember that Day march 15 2018 she does not deserve the jobProperty Manager Responded
March 20, 2018Sir, We apologize for what appears to be a case of misunderstanding. We are sorry that we didn't call you back the day of your visit, we became very busy in the afternoon hours. We did follow up the next day with you by phone. Our leasing agent called and left a voicemail while you were mid-flight. On the 15th we did not have a 1 bedroom on notice for the June move in time frame that you and your wife required. Our leasing assistant did in fact offer for you to be placed on the wait list. However, based on the needs you expressed that day, for a June move in time frame, she did not want you to be out any money without solid knowledge that we could help you in June. She then advised for you to not put money down at that time, but would call you in the event something changed on our end, and it did, the next day. The moment we became aware that we would have something within 60 days, she reached out. Our office strives to provide quality customer service. We do so wish that the ...notice that we received on the 16th would have been in our hands on the 15th when you visited, but it was not. We hope you find something that satisfies your needs. Tucked away but close to everything

I wish I can put 0 stars HORRIBLE place!!!!
August 16, 2017Moving here was one of the worst mistake that we ever made. Let's start from the beginning of the processing where everything that was promised to us and other residents was never done. Walls are made of card board you can hear ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING from the neighbors!!! And Complaining with the management won't do anything since they are just focusing on getting that place filled that making the residents happy. Even that is a brand new place is an overwhelming amount of insects and spiders ...inside and outside the units they had a pound full of frogs that can barely will let you sleep it is very loud. The pool and the gym is very small for such a large community and is always full, the grill area always dirty and the grill is always out of the gas. I'm telling you is terribly manage and they don't do maintenance. Staff is very unprofessional only 3 girls in that office that will only assist you to sign the lease and after that forget it! Trust They won't care about you anymore. They make it almost impossible for us to move, but gladly we are out of there! And I can keep going please think it twice if you are planning on moving there... don't waste your money!Property Manager Responded
August 22, 2017Dario, When your family moved in to our community in late March you were very well-aware that our construction phase was at the half-way mark. There were no promises of ever made to any of our residents with regards to the date that construction would be 100% complete. Construction can be unpredictable, as most understood, which is why no such promises were made. We are currently into mid August, and construction is putting the final touches on everything right now. With regards to the issues you’ve brought to light in this complaint. There are between 500-700 people who reside here with us. There are times that crumbs may drop. There are times when someone may leave a mess on the grill. And yes- ONE time, we did run out of propane- due to a gauge that misread the remaining amount of propane. That gauge was replaced and propane was refilled and has never ran out again. These things happen, and it might not be during work hours. Once a concern is brought to our attention, we ...address it and will continue to do so. Dust. Dust is going to settle, and happen in every new development. It will happen in a new housing development, it will happen in new strip malls, it happens in new construction everywhere, not just here. Gates. Gates are set up to allow one car passage at a time. We’ve put signs up, as well as sent out notices asking for the community members to help us not allow guests to piggy back. We continue daily, improving our systems, which is what happens in a brand new development like ours. Maintenance: We can only address issues that are presented to us. If everyone waits until they vacate to announce that there is a maintenance need, then it is unfair to say that maintenance needs go over-looked. April 15, 2017Got my money back after my apartment was pushed back twice but it wasn't easy, it took forever to process and I had to deal with a property manager that was more into looking for the company than the clients, my recommendation get everything in writing.Property Manager Responded
