Just like any place of business you get a sense of feeling welcomed by the initial greeting, and tone of voice etc.The office staff do a wonderful job at welcoming you in the moment you walk through the door. Having been a resident for a month, I can say that it has been a positive living experience. The apartments are really nice, the grounds are always clean and the community is quiet. November 29, 2023This is a nice place to live. The park is close so when my grandkids come over we can go there. The office staff make you feel important when I go up there. October 2, 2023I love living here and it’s so close to everything. 10 minutes commute to work. Management is responsive and they will go out of their way to help you. Apartments are great and the rent is affordable. I can hear noises from neighbors inside and outside. It’s quiet most of the time. Also, there is some road noise. Utilities are included aside from water and cable. The A/C during the hot months was inexpensive and not even close to what other apartments stated during my apartment search.
