November 17, 2024When I moved in, I did not have a door on my master room. I didn’t notice initially but when I did notice, I notified the office. It took a while to hear back from them. I had to call a few times for updates however they were polite and helpful. When they finally got the door, they quickly painted it and put it up for me with no issues. December 21, 2023I am not a fan of how utility costs are calculated. I feel it's important to conserve electricity and water and gas consumption, but there is no reward. I'm charged an average which is very beneficial to energy wasters. I see one of the maintenance crew, I think his name is Kevin, working his tail off. He takes good care of the residents, is out and about early cleaning up the property, and fixes most everything tossed his way. What a superstar!Review from Apartments.com
It has come a long way
July 7, 2023I had a friend who used to live here and this place was in pretty bad condition. It looks like new ownership has taken over because the place is night and day difference! It's not the ritz carlton but I've lived here for a year now and it is very clean and maintenance is super responsive. February 18, 2021I wish I could give this place negative stars. Want a place that has the worst washer and dryers that make your clothes dirtier than when they went in? Want cockroaches EVERYWHERE? Want an apartment complex that shuts off your air conditioning for the season? Want an apartment complex that NEVER mentions that the hot water is going to be shut off or that the water will also be shut off?
