Not for Students
December 9, 2022UHV and Victoria College students should stay away. it's not unusual for students to need an extra month or 3 based on changing course requirements or job start dates after graduation. Aria is the absolute worst as far as working with students to make sure they don't go bankrupt or homeless. if you are in College Station, apartments will work with you. not these guys. just do yourself a favor and steer clear.Review from Apartments.com
Very Bad Experience
September 11, 2021This review is way too long in the making. If you don’t feel like reading just take my advice and don’t waste your money here. I have had a disappointing experience from the beginning, and I wish I had turned back. It all started with them giving me a deal on an apartment which led me to fill out the application and pay the fee. The next day this offer was taken back (which is completely unprofessional in my mind). After getting past that disappointment, unfortunately, I still decided to lease ...with them. During this process, I had to go back and forth with them multiple times about the lease because of conflicting and incorrect information. After maybe the 3rd copy of the lease (and a lot of time proof reading and pointing out errors), I finally signed. Move-in day brought even more disappointments. They gave me one key to the apartment (although I was supposed to have 2) and it did not work. It took about 3 weeks before all of the keys to my apartment/mailbox/garage were ready (although I am pretty sure all of that should be ready upon move-in day). The apartment was filthy, so I doubt they had cleaned it at all before I moved in. The microwave was broken, and it took over a month for them to come and replace it. When they finally replaced it, I found out they have multiple microwaves just sitting around. You pay $25 a month for valet trash but they don’t always pick it up. There are hidden fees that they don’t advertise in their rent. There is normally dog poop everywhere. And they are terrible about their “notifications”. They have incorrectly notified me of people entering the apartment twice now. The first month I lived here I realized they had my electric set up to another apartment and that I was paying for someone else’s. In summary, the management is incompetent. Maybe that explains why I got calls from them after I moved in asking if I wanted to lease with them. The pool is the main reason I chose to rent here, but it has become a great source of my disappointment. It is frequently closed without notice and very poorly maintained. Hopefully I can save someone from the disappointment and waste of money I have experienced.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great Property!
August 11, 2017I just visited this property to get some information and was very impressed. The property is very clean and quiet. The manager was really nice and the apartments look well maintained and reasonably priced. Overall, I had a great impression of this property... I seems like a really nice place to live.Property Manager Responded
