November 8, 2024This is the best community I've ever lived in. There are walking trails behind the apartment building that are great for you and your furry friend. The scenery is beautiful. The grounds are well. The management is terrific Amanda, Terry and Tenzin Are always there to help we have two gyms and a sauna. It's a great place to live.Property Manager Responded

August 25, 2024Very clean complex with a lot of amenities that I didn’t see elsewhere. The move in was made much easier by the designated unloading space and move in door. Our apartment required some cleaning on move in, as the counters, bath tub, and floors had some residue left on them. The AC also needed it’s filter replaced/cleaned, but I believe that would’ve been on the previous tenant to file a maintenance request for, so I give that a pass. Other than the surface level cleaning, the living space is ...great and well-kept. A fairly modernized living space for sure!Property Manager Responded

August 1, 2024Building is in a quiet area with many amenities and is located near a nice lake, as well as Wolfe Park. Building is well maintained and rarely if ever hear about issues between neighbors. Building can be stuffy if you live on the third floor.Property Manager Responded

April 30, 2024I've been here almost 3 years and it was scary because this is my first time in an apartment in a rather large community. The management team has been great. Amanda's very nice and welcoming. The maintenance staff is wonderful. Everything gets fixed right away. Nothing major has happened just the knob here and there, and the grounds are kept remarkable. The landscaping is beautiful nice serene community with a wonderful community room to work out rooms. It's a great relaxing place to live.Property Manager Responded
